Lite Route Day 10: Fischingen -> Romanshorn

You’ll be coasting downhill today, through meadows and alpine pasture land through the Canton of Thurgau and onto the Canton of St. Gall. As you’ve clearly noticed by now, preservation is a priority for the Swiss: you will bike across a 500 year-old stone bridge and later stop at an 800-year old castle with a moat and drawbridge.

At some point you’ll get your first view of the vast Lake Constance, the second largest lake in central Europe (after Lake Geneva). It’s then all downhill. Enjoy the finish.

Dunk your wheels in the lake. You’ve crossed Switzerland !
